However, traditional design methods are often time-consuming, inflexible, and rarely tailored to individual anatomical needs\u2014especially for arms and legs, where no personalized solutions are currently available. This forces clinicians to rely on standardized systems that do not provide optimal stabilization.<br \/>\nThis thesis presents an *automated workflow using nTopology software* to model *custom-made immobilizers*, offering a faster and more adaptable alternative to conventional approaches. Three types of immobilizers were developed: head-neck, arm, and leg. All feature *lightweight and durable structures*, using *Voronoi patterns* for material efficiency and comfort.<br \/>\nThe *parametric workflow* allows easy model adjustments based on clinical needs, overcoming the limitations of traditional CAD tools.
